[After the initial excitement of being dressed in her favorite (cat) person in the world's clothing, Tao decided to go to the grocery store and get some candy, because that was what people did on Halloween, right?

This is a very bad idea. No, bad is an understatement. One thing snowballed after another and...she ended up eating/cleaning out the entire store of candy, baked goods, ice cream, and whatever the hell has sugar in it. Her need for sugar will soon become so immense that it will collapse upon itself and become a vacuum.

A Kaka on a sugar high is not a pretty sight.

This means there is a rather large and fast orange blur speeding around the village right now, anywhere and everywhere. It does not care about who or what it knocks into right now because the only thing that matters is candy.]

[Here comes Brooke, on her way from her apartment to the clinic to do her volunteer work for the day. She's carrying with her a small pack containing a notebook and writing utensils.

[Since everyone else is suffering from the whole costume shenanigans, Noel decided to just suck it up and go outside in this. [In a bizarre twist, Blackbeard has been forced into a ninja costume. He tried to avoid going out on the town out of sheer embarrassment, but he quickly got hungry. Now, he's heading back to his apartment carrying as many snacks from the bakery as he can - mostly pies, but he's also got a lot of cakes, brownies, and many other unhealthy sugary foods.

[There is currently a man wandering Luceti, looking like this (http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/File:Mazeran.PNG).Suffice to say that he is none too fond of being dressed in the outfit of a man who almost killed his best friend, but he's doing his best to grin and bear! Pucker up and just get on with it. Stiff upper lip etc etc.

But that irritation is hard to hide when all of a sudden and out of nowhere, a giant cat comes barreling through and forces him to ninja-dodge her strike JUST in time.]
