[How are you doing this freezing, cold day, Luceti? Taokaka is not doing too well. You see, someone's got her tongue stuck to a frozen lamppost. And that's not good. Licking frozen poles is never a good idea.]

...Ow...

[She's breathing warm breath on it but that's not helping much. Anybody passing by a certain lamppost near the square can see a catgirl with her tongue stuck to it.

[Ami gently lets the water flow down the pole from a few inches above Taokaka's tongue. It's slower this way, maybe, but less embarrassing and messy. It should gradually loosen.]

[and she tries to pull her head away rather quickly. But it's loose! She's not tongue-frozen anymore!

and she falls backwards in the snow.]

[Ami hurries the few steps to help Taokaka stand up; she reaches for the arm to give herself leverage to ease Taokaka to her feet.]

[She'll be okay, grabbing the arm with slightly more force than expected.]

[Ami lifts a finger to her lips as she smiles, as if it's a secret.]

[Well, sort of. It's supposed to be, but Luceti has somewhat undone that already. Still, can't hurt to be a little bit careful. She's a bit surprised herself that she was able to do it without transforming first, but maybe she's grown a bit stronger lately. So Ami simply nods. She peers closely at Tao then, for any signs of actual injury.]

[There's nothing really wrong with her, she's just cold, as evidenced by some shivering.]

[They should probably get inside. But Ami isn't sure where Taokaka lives here, and ends up looking around a bit blankly.]

[Ami goes at a half-jog to keep up with Tao, and soon enough they come to the house. Instead of heading inside, Ami holds back as though ready to leave once Tao's back home safe and sound.]
