That's right. Tao is hopping randomly around the village, probably on roofs (anywhere else is fair game too), singing the only song she can: the Meow Mix song. Someone's feeling a bit antsy since they've heard voices that weren't supposed to be there. She's trying to pounce her homesickness off. After all, moving around and violence is always the answer.
Feel free to tell her to shut up, chase her off your roof/house/window/porch, or throw whatever. | [Unfortunately (or fortunately, if you're interested in that sort of thing) for Luceti, Taokaka is bored. And when she's bored, weeeeeeeird stuff happens. Like stalking. And hanging around. Except Tao doesn't do regular stalking. She does extreme stalking and hiding. Residents may or may not find a catgirl randomly in their house. In their rooms, bathtub, outside their window, the ceiling, even in the closet! No space too dark, and no ceiling too low. Well, she's not going on the roof or in trees because of the rain, but shhhhh. Though she may just hang out in people's closets to let her dark face blend in, giving a scare.
